Mediation / Arbitration is a negotiation process in which an experienced third party neutral serves to resolve disputes, without judicial intervention, by assisting parties in reaching a mutually acceptable reconciliation of their dispute. When done properly, it offers a cost effective, expedient, and efficient means of resolving disputes.
Both Christopher H. Pearce, Esq. and Charles B. Jordan, Esq. are certified by the South Carolina Supreme Court as circuit court mediators. Mr. Pearce is also a certified mediator by South Carolina Federal District Court. In addition to mediation, both gentlemen also accept appointments as special master or special referee, as requested, including foreclosure and construction related matters.
